By using the nativu.com.tr website (the "Site") you accept the following terms. The Site is operated by Nativu Ahşap San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Nativu").

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Nativu's products and services and receives quote and contact requests. There is no online sale on the Site.

Nature of the information

• Product information on the Site (species, grades, thicknesses and dimensions) is for general information and may change with the season and availability.
• Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell. Prices, availability and delivery details are only given in direct contact with Nativu.
• Sending the quote form does not create a contract between the parties.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logos and design on the Site belong to Nativu or are used by Nativu with the right to do so. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

The Site may not be used to abuse the forms, to send bulk submissions with automated tools, to try to disrupt the Site or to send misleading information.

Liability

Nativu takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Uninterrupted operation of the Site is not guaranteed. Nativu is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site (for example map and messaging services).
