KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice informs people whose personal data is processed through the nativu.com.tr website, as required by Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: Full name, company name, email address, phone number.
- Request details: Your message; in the quote form, product, species, grade, quantity and destination country.
- Security: An irreversible salted hash of your IP address, submission time, the page the form was sent from and the result of the security check. Your raw IP address is not stored in our database.
- Preferences and usage: Your language choice; website usage data collected through analytics cookies only if you consent.

Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and to the extent the service requires, to these service providers:
- Database hosting providers
- Website hosting and server infrastructure providers
- Email delivery providers
- Security check providers
- Web analytics providers (only with your consent)
As some of these providers are located abroad, transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your data may also be shared with authorised public bodies under our legal obligations.
How data is collected
Your data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through the contact and quote forms on our website and through cookies and similar technologies.
Retention
Form records are kept for 2 years from the conclusion of your request and are deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of that period or on your request. The retention period for analytics cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request by email to info@nativu.com.tr or in writing to the address above. We will answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
